2. Data we process

The data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email:

• Name, company (optional) and email address.
• The content of your message.
• Minimal technical data needed to secure submissions (IP address, used only to limit abuse and not stored persistently).

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and, where applicable, sending you an assessment or proposal: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
• Service security and spam prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data while the conversation lasts and, afterwards, blocked for the legal limitation periods. If no business relationship follows, we delete it after a reasonable period [PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED, e.g. 12 months].

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use processors:

• Resend (delivery of the email generated by the form), whose servers and sub-processors may be outside the European Economic Area; transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
• Railway (website hosting), with the same safeguards.
• Our email provider, where your message is received and archived.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (without retroactive effect), by writing to francisco@neoredsolutions.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, restricted access, validation and rate limits on the form).

8. Children

This site is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.
